Phone battery killer

Despite the fact that the Cargenta app isn’t doing anything because I can’t get it to work it is killing my iPhone’s battery with extensive background activity. I’ll turn off background activity for now but I am not sure how I am supposed to use this app if I can ever get it to work.

I remember Cargenta complaining about getting the app approved for the App Store. Based on my experience it should still never have been approved.
