How to match website and app login info

I am having trouble trying to login into the website. When I enter the info I used to set up the Cargenta app the website says invalid info. And when I registered via the website none of my info is transferred over. Every page is blank with the exception of my e-mail address. Is this intended? Has the website not been finished yet?
