I had downloaded the app a few weeks ago just to play around with it and I wasn’t able to log in to the app. I went back and forth with the app and the website here and finally understood that the app is a separate log in from the website.
So, got my Cargenta today, but I can’t even log in to the app.
I think I might have been able to log in one time a few weeks ago but up until today, I haven’t been able to since.
I am getting the same uninformative error “incorrect email or password” with no option to reset.
I have a brand new Samsung S23, fully updated. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled seven times. I have made certain that all permissions have been enabled, just in case. I’ve also used two valid email addresses, and even after successfully registering my second email, it immediately gave me the same error “incorrect email or password”.
I’d be grateful if anyone is able to help.
I’m worried that even after I get access to the app, I might have other issues, but one problem at a time, I guess.
