    pple iPhone app. I set it up once and the app would not connect with the Cargenta plugged into the car’s port.

    I decided to try again and erased the Cargenta app from the iPhone and tried again.. This time I found the instructions on the web site, which didn’t completely match reality. I entered the car name and then scanned in the ID and then it took me back to garage with no car entered. It worked the 2nd time. This happened every time I deleted the car and re-entered it. But now it gets worse, I cannot save the car.

    Failed Error: 105.

    Also, I had to change email addresses. When I tried using the registered email address I get the error “You have already subscribed using this email!” Tried another, same error. Tried a 3rd I get “Please, do not abuse our referral program!”

    Really bad first impression.

    I am getting the same error, “Failed Error: 105,” after trying to add back a car that was set up in the garage but then disappeared.

    I setup my unit this morning and didn’t appear to work so I removed it. Now when I try to add it again I am also getting the 105 error. iPhone 14 with latest iOS.

    Per Cargenta, once a unit has been entered into a Cargenta app it cannot be entered again. We have to contact Cargenta to have them reset the device. Makes sense to prevent someone from being able to use your Cargenta on their phone. But not explained anywhere and a bother to reset.

    Having the same frustrating issue with constant E105 failure.
    A more helpful explanation of code would be useful and how to mitigate.
    IOS 16.5.1
    App 1.7.7

    Online support then auto replies with “already subscribed with this email” when trying to submit support request.

    Received my Cargenta brain and installed it in my car.

    But when I install and setup my iOS app, I get Error 101. I’ve tried this on two devices.

    Anyone got any ideas? I can’t find a support section on the website with a list of error codes, only an email address.
