Some LED to indicate that the device is being powered. Nothing too bright, maybe some dim orange LED or something. Right now I’m unsure if the devices are plugged in far enough or if the extension cables are working or if there’s some other issue going on. It’s difficult to troubleshoot with no hardware indicators as I don’t know if it’s a physical connection, a faulty unit, bad cell reception in my area, the app having a problem, etc. That, in turn, makes it harder for your support team to troubleshoot.
